Born and raised in the Intracoastal area of Jacksonville. Tiffany Riley has also lived in St. Louis, MO; Orlando, FL; Las Vegas, NV; Charlotte, NC; and several different cities in Southern California. In September 2012, her beautiful daughter, London, was born and they moved back to Jacksonville to be closer to family and be in a more "family-oriented" atmosphere. Tiffany has discovered that Jacksonville continues to grow rapidly, and she is really excited about everything it has to offer including the beautiful year-round weather! The diverse arts scene and performing arts, the broad range of dining options, the beaches, and historic St. Augustine. One thing she really missed about the South while residing in CA is the mouth-watering barbecue food, here there is lots to choose! Prior to entering Real Estate, Tiffany was in the entertainment industry for 10+ years. Tiffany has 2 dogs, a yorkie named Chloe and a chihuahua named Bentley. She adopted Bentley from a shelter in CA after the loss of her beloved yorkie, Iggy. Tiffany enjoys unwinding by reading a good book. Her favorite types are inspirational, business, and parenting. One of her favorite books is “The Success Principles” by Jack Canfield (author of Chicken Soup for the Soul). When it comes to writers, Tiffany enjoys Tony Robbins, Osho, Don Miguel Ruiz, and Dale Carnegie. Tiffany finds the beach to be very therapeutic. She can also be seen cruising around the Town Center and the beaches. One of her goals is to buy a house on the beach so she doesn’t have to rely on her noise machine for the sound of the ocean.
