My passion for analyzing properties and helping others has led me into an amazing career in real estate. I have had the opportunity to study the field in depth, taking many classes beyond what is required for a real estate license, and I hold active licenses in both Hawaii and California. I have personal experience with investing in rental properties and managing my own short term and long term rentals. I also am a certified short sale and foreclosure resource through the National Association of Realtors. This has added much value to what I bring to my clients; from teaching the basics to negotiating difficult transactions. I truly enjoy the full circle journey of helping people achieve the results they want in real estate.
