Kristen Silva's Profile

I was born and raised in Delaware and vacationed regularly to the Carolina coast, falling in love with the area.  I relocated to Hampstead, NC after graduating from the University of Delaware with a degree in business management.  I have personally been involved in the real estate market as an investor with fix and flips for several years prior to being a broker.  I love helping to improve a house and make it a place to call home and have gained knowledge of the market during that time.  I transitioned my career into real estate, with 15+ years in retail management I've gained an extensive skill set in communication, diligence and exceeding customer expectations. I understand a place to call home can be an emotional decision as well as one of the most important financial decisions we make.  I strive to guide buyers and sellers through the process with their needs and wants as my top priority.
