Katie Connelly's Profile

With a proven track record of industry leadership and achievement, Katie Connelly exemplifies a passionate commitment to the highest standards of service and professionalism. She spent more than three decades living in Ventura and Los Angeles counties, including Port Hueneme, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, and Downtown LA. She accordingly has intimate market knowledge and experience, making all the difference for her Southern California clients. After launching her career in agent support, recruitment, training, logistics, and planning, Katie received her real estate license in 2014. Overseeing more than 100 transactions each year, she has developed market-leading expertise in various deals. These include short sales of land, investment properties, first-time homebuyers, and contingent purchases. Moreover, she accommodates all of these deals with various financing strategies. Inspired by her father’s service to our country, she also earned her Military Relocation Specialist designation (MRP). This credential allows her to handle military relocations and work with Veterans Affairs buyers. She subsequently launched a successful property management division. In addition to her client services, Katie has undertaken several leadership roles at the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors®. She currently serves as the direct liaison for the Young Professionals Network and the Professional Standards committee. In 2022, Katie became the statewide director of the California Association of Realtors®, emphasizing public policy, diversity, and fair housing. Katie has also been appointed by the Oxnard City Council to serve as a commissioner for the Oxnard Planning Commission through 2024. A graduate of California State University, Northridge, Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in family and consumer sciences with a concentration in marketing. When she’s not providing stellar client service, she can be found reading, gardening, and volunteering at her daughter’s school.
