Dawn Briggs, Broker/Founder, for Briggs Vance & Associates (aka Briggs Vance Realty Group), joined forces with Barbara Vance in 2013. For 13 years prior, Dawn worked in the area’s largest real estate law firm, Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A., handling all aspects of commercial and residential real estate litigation as one of the firm’s senior paralegals. Her vast knowledge of the legal system and contracts stemming from dealing with all facets of real estate transactions makes her a vital player in the real estate market. Dawn is a native Floridian, having lived and raised her 2 sons in Windermere for over 25 years. She is an avid local tennis player.
