My name is Andrea Scheppe and I am a North Phoenix native who has lived in the South East Valley for the last 20+ years. I love our city and I’m proud to call it home.

I have a background in commercial real estate as I started my career at SVN Phoenix in 2005. In 2007 I left commercial real estate & dove into a small-business partnership with Divaz Boutique/Grand Central Clothing in Tempe, Chandler and Tucson, AZ.

My 12-year, small business career taught me the ins and outs of customer service, sales, patience, meticulousness, negotiating and kindness. When I bought my home in 2017, I realized I still had a strong passion for real estate and decided to jump back in.

In addition to my strong customer service skills and career accomplishments, I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology & Communications from Arizona State University, I'm a member of The National Association of REALTORS, The Arizona Association of REALTORS and The South East Valley Association of REALTORS. I also enjoy public speaking and even had a fun, 5-year stint with Divaz Boutique on Arizona MidDay!

I come from a successful, family oriented, small business background and I am proud to say my dad has 44+ years of entrepreneurial success. My mom is a successful writer and president of Phoenix Writer's Club. She is also an adjudicator for the ariZonie Awards and has taught me the importance of volunteering, kindness and empathy. Both of my parents came from nothing and through hard work, perseverance and positivity, made a wonderful life for themselves and our family.

My sister and my best friend are both special education teachers and I am honored to know them. If you are an educator in any form, please know my hat goes off to you.
